Casual Archers

For the duration of our outdoor season (until the 9th of September), we can now offer “pay as you go” sessions. The cost for these sessions will be £7 per session.

As a club, when shooting outdoors, we run a 252 Scheme. Our range is a shared sports field so it is imperative that we keep control of any lost arrows. This scheme is designed to help archers improve their skills and accuracy, and to minimise time spent looking for arrows.

If the setup offered is right for you then we will need to register your details for insurance purposes and communications, please fill out the form below.

As your attendance would not be part of an ongoing membership, we would also need you to let us know when you intend to attend a session. This communication will be via a dedicated WhatsApp once you are registered.

Regarding equipment, you will need to provide this unless you wish to hire kit. We can provide a bow, arrows, quiver, arm guard and ground stand for £3 per session. If you are using your own arrows, in accordance with our field lease, we do not allow all carbon arrows.

Archers Details

Please tell us about any pre-existing medical conditions/medications that may impact on your ability to shoot safely. These could include problems with sight, hearing, physical limitations, missing limbs, previous injuries & long-term conditions. Failure to disclose could invalidate your insurance to participate. Photo Release

Milton Keynes Archery Club may wish to take photographs or video of attendees participating in archery activities for the purposes of promotion and marketing of the club. Please confirm below if you consent to this. (You may opt out or retract consent at any time and you may bring it to the club’s attention should you wish to object to your photograph being taken on any specific occasion).

GDPR & Attendance tracking

Milton Keynes Archery Club retains attendance records and associated contact details for insurance purposes & also in case of an emergency, such as a fire alarm at the range. All club records are retained within GDPR.

Communication
