Junior Membership Application

(Joining October 2025)

The membership year runs from October until September.

Archers cannot shoot at any club without paid up fees. Your membership fee covers your insurance to shoot. If you do not pay your fees on time, you will not be allowed to shoot with us.

To provide a degree of flexibility, our junior membership is now broken down into a yearly fee and then a per-session fee. The first payment is due ahead of October 1st 2025. This membership contract is for 12 months.

Archers Details

Please tell us about any pre-existing medical conditions/medications that may impact on your ability to shoot safely. These could include problems with sight, hearing, physical limitations, missing limbs, previous injuries & long-term conditions. Failure to disclose could invalidate your insurance to participate. Photo Release

Milton Keynes Archery Club may wish to take photographs or video of attendees participating in archery activities for the purposes of promotion and marketing of the club. Please confirm below if you consent to this. (You may opt out or retract consent at any time and you may bring it to the club’s attention should you wish to object to your photograph being taken on any specific occasion).

Milton Keynes Archery Club retains attendance records and associated contact details for insurance purposes & also in case of an emergency, such as a fire alarm at the range. All club records are retained within GDPR.
